Richard Joseph Silver

I cannot understand how Mr. Silver has a 6.3, this man deserves a ten out of ten minimum. I was 20 years old and two years into first offender for burglary in Fulton county when I got caught up again in DeKalb for the same thing. At the time Rich was a public defender in DeKalb, and I was disappointe...d at the time because I could not hire a paid attorney and everyone knows the rep PDs have. Anyway thanks to Richard I was able to resolve my second burglary case to where I have just had sealed after successfully completing the probation last year in 2017, and it is now off my record! Rich is straight forward, he won’t BS you, and he will give you the best! I was successful with my outcome, avoided prison, and am now in the process of having my other offenses pardoned. Grateful Rich took care of this one so I don’t have to include it in the process. Thank you Mr. Silver

My family prays that we never need a defense attorney again, but if we do, Mr. Silver is the only one we want. My brother was facing very serious charges that carried a $40,000 CASH BOND and Rick was able to skillfully address the court to have all charges thrown out. My brother was completely inno...cent in the first place, but it didnt hurt to have such a talented man representing us. Thanks to you Mr. Rick Silver and the grace of God, my brother is gainfully employeed and back with his family as he should.
