I am a skilled bilingual attorney and mediator, practicing in the areas of Family Law (divorce, custody, child support, legitimation, visitation) and Criminal Defense.
In my Family Law practice, I work with my clients to navigate the stress that these type of cases bring, while fighting to achieve a positive outcome for them and their family. I have extensive courtroom experience and will confidently represent my clients in any court appearance. Additionally, my ability to speak Spanish allows my Spanish speaking clients to communicate directly with me, without the need or expense of an interpreter.
In my Mediation practice, I assist parties to resolve their family law cases in a peaceful and respectful manner. My focus is on clear communication, with compassion and experience, to assist you to avoid the stress and financial expense of litigation, when possible. As a mediation participant, you can make decisions about your case, reach reasonable agreements and protect what matters most to you, your family.
In my Criminal Law practice, I am a trial attorney who zealously represents her clients in misdemeanor and felony cases, from their first appearance through trial. I have an excellent success rate and work closely with my clients to help them to understand the legal process and protect their rights.
