Biography
Jerry prides himself on the ability to handle complex and difficult matters for his clients by combining a strong knowledge of diverse legal matters with a devoted work ethic. The cases he handles are very serious matters and are treated as such. Jerry has extensive experience and training in contrested hearings and trials before judges and juries. He is driven and determined to achieve positive results for his clients. He is always prepared to work in a cooperative and amicable manner to obtain the most beneficial and appropriate outcome in a case whether the case is concluded by settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration or by non-jury trial or jury trial. The commitment to his clients is to work towards purposeful resolutions and to do so with minimum distress and maximum value.
Jerry has represented thousands of clients in all types of matters and cases including but not limited to, Family Law, Juvenile Court, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Probate matters, Wrongful Death, Worker's Compensation, Corporate and Business Litigation and Contract Disputes.
Jerry also provides ADR services. He is registered by the State of Georgia as an arbitrator, a civil mediator and a divorce mediator.
