Jennifer Gibbs, Attorney at Law

My partner and I have worked with Ms.Gibbs for several years. She successfully handled a business default loan on a restaurant we owned in Decatur. She has since taken care of several personal legal issues and has been readily available for updates, advice and consultation. We also turned to Ms. Gi...bbs on a recent criminal case and she promptly connected us with an attorney who resolved those issues satisfactorily . I recommend Jennifer Gibbs most highly.

I would recommend to anyone. Wonderful Attorney and Law Firm!

The law firm of Gibbs and Mabe were wonderful, attentive, timely and compassionate at helping me get through my divorce and I would would recommend them to anyone seeking the same as well as any other areas of law their firm provides.

Relief

I was in a long-term contract with a nationally known medical waste management company. As a busy physician I accepted the fact that the medical waste management fees were likely to climb over time. However, when the fees reached a level I thought was unfair, I attempted to terminate my contract with... the company. The company threatened to sue me for breach of contract and I sought legal advice. Jennifer Gibbs found that the company had not met their obligations to me in terms of OSHA requirements. Not only did the potential lawsuit go away, my contract was terminated and I received a cash settlement. I highly recommend this efficient, competent attorney and her law firm.
