I did a bankruptcy under Herman Tunsil. I'm sorry, but he did a poor job on my case. He seemed to be a nice person, but the service is what I'm reviewing. I started my case with him in Jan 2014. We did not complete my bankruptcy until May 2016. Is that not 2 years! He kept putting off meetings which ...I can understand sometimes, but for a bankruptcy to not be completed for 2 years is ridiculous. Fast forward and I'm thinking that everything was finalized in August 2015. I did my part with all the paperwork and submitted everything. The debt management course was completed also. I thought nothing else had to be done, but come to find out, his office had never forwarded the course certificate to the court office. I found this out in March because something in the back of my mind told me to check to see why I never got a confirmation from the court office. He responds to my e-mail saying they dropped the ball. At this point, I'm really upset because now this has pushed the discharge back several months and the court tells me we have to pay a late fee. I'm not paying it. So they ended up paying it and it was finalized in May 2016. I told my friend about doing a bankruptcy and the lawyer she got did it in 3 months. Go figure.
