Bobby has counseled and advocated for hundreds of clients in wills, trust, estate, guardianship and conservatorship matters. He listens carefully to clients' concerns, thoroughly investigates the facts, and develops a strategy to achieve results for clients. Bobby is a strong believer in negotiation and dispute resolution when he can resolve disputes favorably for clients. However, he vigorously advocates for clients in court, and won't shy away from a fight to protect and serve clients.
Bobby is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He practiced for many years with two of Atlanta's most respected law firms and is a 1994 cum laude graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law. Bobby served as campaign Treasurer for Sara Doyle, who won election to the Georgia Court of Appeals in 2008. He is an active member of All Souls Fellowship church in Decatur. He coaches little league and volunteers with L'Arche Atlanta, an organization that runs group homes for adults with intellectual disabilities, and frequently serves as a guardian ad litem in the DeKalb County Probate Court. Bobby has served on the boards of Decatur Cooperative Ministry, Decatur Preservation Alliance, the DeKalb Bar Association and the Graduate Leadership Council of the Georgia State University College of Law.
