Fred L. Cavalli

Mr. Cavalli was prepared by me at great expense of over 35k to represent at a hearing for spousal support, child custody and residency in my home during a divorce and child custody case. He advised me that he had some health concerns that required him to seek a postponement of a final hearing with t...he court and that he would advise the court of his condition. He did not advise the court of his condition and instead agreed with the opposing counsel to hold an emergency hearing to have me put out of my house. Mr. Cavalli laid an egg in the courtroom and failed to challenge any of the testimony by the other party or Guardian, even after having been previously discussed in our preparations.I had to fire Mr. Cavalli for not telling me the truth and for his incompetence in the courtroom. I would not hire Mr. Cavalli for a case destined for a hearing in a court. Nice enough guy but not a trial attorney.
