Deandre Vartorrey Rivers

I worked with deandre on a case dated 2008 $500 misdemnor dropped; everything okay. I had contact deandre to work a misdemeanor charge, and 2 traffic tickets. i paid half up front and send the reminding half weeks later. I live nyc; and doing the initial court date he left court documents I gave him... "proof of insurance" one of the tickets i had and photos of the accident "to prove no failure to leave in his office so was told they gave me another court date. during this same time I contacted him to handle breach of contract lawsuit (his fee $1250 plus court cost; I had no problem with this; paid half up front to start and stated reminding half once filed in court. To date I receive a settlement letter "exactly wordings I sent to him summarizing the case in 7 pages". I would always have to contact him for updates, weeks later getting responses, no documents of the decision in court and only concern with money. This is not the type of lawyer anyone needs never boy paying their lawyer and is unprofessional with his tone, words, and workmanship. I was told 3 days before court my new court date and he would only give me $300 back from the $1375 I gave him. In return I got one charge dismiss and a settlement letter draft with no success instead of 3 ticket representation and civil lawsuit. Everything written is factual with documentation as proof.
