Replied last November 03, 2013Considering that I haven't lost a trial in the last 6-12 months, and that none of my clients has lost custody of his or her children in that time period, I can state that this post is untrue. I would also never tell a client that the opposition didn't stand a chance of winning. It is unfortunate that websites like Avvo can be abused by individuals who leave anonymous posts without an ounce of truth in them. I'm happy to say that many of my current clients were referred by previous clients. --CHG
