I hired Mr. Leipold for 2 aggravated assault charges that I was faceing when 2 sisters came to MY HOME & attacked me with a weapon! One of which I have a harrasment warrant against! I paid him a total of $3400 of the $7500 that he wanted before I fired him from my case. He was very rude & uninforma...tive. When I would ask questions he was short with his answers and seemed agrivated by the questions that I had to ask because he didn't inform me of anything. All he was concerned about was my payments and trying to get me to go to trial on a VERY EASY self defense case which he wanted $12,500 to represent me. I found out on Monday 4 days before I was due to be in court that he wouldn't even be at my court date nor would he be sending someone in his place but I had to attend. I fired him that Wed. and hired Ross & Pines (Mr. Schwartz & Mr. Pines) on the same day. My case was finished and over with on that very same Friday! Less than 48 hrs of hiring them!!! Ross & Pines worked out a great deal with the DA & my charges were dropped to a misdemeanor an (Array/public fighting) where I got probation and community service. I get to have my recorded expunged after I complete probration! Ross & Pines helped me save time and money! Mr. Leipold is a RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, MONEY HUNGRY, RIPOFF!
