Ben helped me out so much with a speeding ticket that would have gotten my license revoked for 6 months. On News Years Day I was pulled over on the highway going 81mph .. the zone being a 55. Since I was under 21 years old at the time, those points on my license would have swiftly resulted in it ge...tting revoked for half a year, but Ben was able to provide me with the tools I needed to present a good case in court and he was able to negotiate the speed down so low that it didn't put any points on my license at all! All I had to do was pay that hefty ticket fine and forget it ever happened. Couldn't recommend him more as we got the best possible outcome in court.

I live in New Orleans and I was falsely charged for an incident in Atlanta. I called probably 6 different law firms to try and get pricing to handle what I felt was a lost cause: 2 driving with a suspended license charges in two cities and one failure to appear. I honestly felt really buried and hopeless, but Ben Mozingo literally spent like 30 minutes with me on the ope...ning phone call and was hopeful, but realistic with me. We settled on a price, and he and Keith Wiseman worked tirelessly between Sandy Springs and Atlanta, even one time revisiting the court to correct a mistake that they had made. I ended with nothing on my record, and while it was extremely painful to give that much money to the court and attorneys, the price Ben gave me was incredibly fair given all the work they put in and the results as well. It’s nice to know that when I inevitably get another ticket, I don’t have to shop around. Absolutely would recommend.
