N/AOUTCOME: Defendant had two seperate felony indictments.
Defendant had to seperate felony indictments and no bond. Attorney Adrew Lynch was able to get one dismissed and the other reduced to a misdeamenor with no more jail time. JP was charged with Felon ... y Terroristic Threats and arrested. After getting out on bond he was arrested for aggravatd stalking. With two seperate felonies holding him in the jail and a recomendation of prison and felony probation Mr. Lynch took JP's case. In short with a complete work up of the history and evidence, Mr. Lynch presented the prosecutor with the flaws in his case. JP is currently free and back at work without a felony conviction.
