Biography
Kevin Pratt focuses his practice on defending clients.
Kevin received a Bachelor in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude in Accounting from Georgia State University in 1999. Although his undergraduate degree was from the University's Business School, Kevin was simultaneously awarded Advanced Writing Honors from the University's School of Arts and Sciences.
Kevin received his law degree from the University Of Georgia School Of Law in 2001. While attending law school Kevin taught accounting to masters level accounting students.
After law school Kevin was offered and accepted a teaching position at Georgia State University. For five years, while actively practicing law, Kevin taught Legal Studies to prelaw students at Georgia State University.
Kevin is licensed to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Supreme Court.
