Alot of help.

They give great correct information. They double check the small details that matter in legal matters. These details are over looked by others firms. Also Nathalie Jackson is a huge help with a great and professional personality making sure things go smoothly.

Not recommend!

Be very careful with this law firm. They will not explain how much money they will take from your settlement . It's going to be much more than the 33% that is quoted to you. You'll be told we only get paid if you get paid. They may even put you on the phone with Mr. Howe. These sales tactics worked ...on me but when it finally comes time for for you to sign your settlement statement, they are going to add lawyer fees, fees for certified mail, fees for some service that provides them your doctor's visits, although they also contacted me for those same receipts, then there are fees for repayment to your health insurance. They completely and conveniently leave all these details out. I needed a lawyer that would be honest with me. Howe Law is not honest. Deception by omission. I do not recommend these people. Zero Stars!!

Law Firm voluntarily and improperly withdrew 3 Business Days before Trial and then filed a Lien against My Personal Injury Claim

The Howe Law Firm represented me in my automobile personal injury case where I was the plaintiff. During the attorney-client fiduciary relationship, I interacted with at least 3 different attorneys and this was stressful. Despite the fact that I had a contingency agreement with the law firm, where I,... as the client, was not to pay any upfront costs, the law firm asked me to pay $5000.00 to take a deposition of a key witness. When I brought this misleading information to the law firm’s attention, pertaining to the contingency agreement terms where the law firm is responsible for all upfront costs, Howe Law decided not to take my key witness’s deposition. During the month of December 2023, approximately 3 business days before trial, I attended a NISI rule hearing where I presumed the attorney(s), with Howe Law, would be speaking with the judge about trial preparation. However, I was shocked when the law firm that was representing me, as the plaintiff, informed the judge that the law firm was withdrawing due to my case being a double-recovery case and therefore it would be unethical for Howe Law to represent me. It was my feeling, and opinion, that I was totally shocked and betrayed. The law firm was allowed to withdraw without filing the proper legal paperwork with the court to withdraw. I brought this illegal withdrawal process to the attention of the judge, via a Pro Se Motion I filed, and he gave me an extension of time to find a new lawyer for which it was very difficult. However, the judge still allowed the law firm to withdraw despite their improper or illegal withdrawal process. After I filed the Pro Se Motion concerning the improper withdrawal, and other issues with Howe Law Firm representation, the Paulding County Superior court judge concurred with me that the Howe Law Firm conducted an improper withdrawal process and violated Georgia Superior Court Rule 4.3 or Ga. R. Super. Ct. 4.3. I later had the case dismissed without prejudice and the Howe Law firm, after voluntarily withdrawing from the case and doing the withdrawal process improperly, objected to me dismissing the case without prejudice and somehow re-appeared filing a motion to the court to disallow the dismissal without prejudice and for the judge to re-open the case. Note: After voluntarily withdrawing, the Howe Law firm then turned around approximately 6 months later and, somehow, re-appeared in the case filing a motion with the court to reopen the case. This law firm wrapped me around the axle for close to two years and, in my opinion, grossly betrayed me in the end and also tried to deceive me with the terms of the contingency agreement by requesting that I pay $5000 to take the deposition of a key witness despite the terms of the contingency agreement where it was clear that the Howe Law firm was responsible for all upfront costs pertinent to my personal injury case for the accident that occurred in the latter part of 2019. I’ll reiterate. After the superior court judge denied Howe Law Firm’s motion to reopen my case, they stated that they would be appealing the superior court judge’s denial to reopen the case. Another important note: After Howe Law firm voluntarily and improperly withdrew from representing me, they contacted the defendant’s automobile insurance carrier, Progressive Insurance, informing them that they have a lien of approximately $5,900 against my claim. Despite Howe Law voluntarily and improperly withdrawing from representing me, they still contacted the defendant’s automobile insurance carrier informing the carrier that they had a lien against my personal injury claim for which they informed that the claim was a double-recovery. Despite the case being dismissed without prejudice and yielding zero dollars, they still notified the defendant’s insurance company that they had an approximate $5900.00 lien against my claim. Again, they voluntarily withdrew and essentially abandon me as a client approximately 3 business days before trial.
