Biography
I am a civil trial attorney with a long track record of accomplishments. I was admitted in Georgia in 2000 and in New York in 1974. I am a retired FBI Agent (1973-2002) and peer-rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.
The focus of my practice is Business Litigation including ownership disputes, fraud, employee/officer/director misconduct, breach of contract, vendor disputes and trade secret misappropriation.
In addition, I have a history of forming or joining highly capable teams of litigators from around the country when appropriate to deal with the more complex matters, successfully investigating and building class action cases and federal False Claims/Qui Tam whistle-blower actions, and then successfully resolving them.
