This man is a SCAM ! He is arrogant and all about money , he was suppose to be my lawyer but a sudden change happened with my court date and got switched last minute and so his services were no longer needed , He was sent money over the course of 1-3 months and refuses to send it back , he keeps ma...king excuses as to why he hasn’t sent it and so fourth . DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! Very unprofessional , never answers phone calls or texts .

I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT CONSULTING THIS LAWYER. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND RESEARCH. I had a simple drinking ticket. Solicitor offered me a deal I did not think was fair. I sought outside counsel, settled on Tom because he assured me he could get this mattered resolved with no punishment, or... maybe a small fine. I paid him about 2.5 times what others quoted me. Did not hear from him for months. Get a call, he said he got me a deal that was acceptable to me. Said he would send the paperwork. No paperwork came. Months later, another offer. $500 more than the previous. I asked to see the paperwork. He did not respond. Months passed again. He told me that now all I needed to do was get an evaluation saying I didn't have a problem. I told him I would be on vacation and couldn't get it done in 2 weeks. I now have a failure to appear that I found out about in the mail. Contacted Tom. He was very rude and disrespectful, saying a 5th graded understood more than I did. Not only did he get me a failure to appear, but come to find he could not even get me a better deal than I could've gotten myself. I had no choice but to fire him and seek other counsel.
