I hired Jessica during a very difficult divorce. As a father who had been completely cut off from his child and as an immigrant, my situation was incredibly hard. Looking back now, I couldn’t be more thankful that Jessica handled my case. She’s extremely professional and protected me from making any mistake that could be used against me. Thanks to her work, my daughter will now spend 30% of her time with me, even though I live eight hours away. That’s an amazing outcome and not easy to achieve. Jessica guided me step by step, always patient, calm, and understanding even when I was stressed and emotional. She was not just my lawyer but also my voice of reason throughout the process. In the end, the highly recognized attorneys on my ex-wife’s side had very little to say. Jessica may not always answer immediately, but she always delivers. Part 2 . After my first review, the little work that was being done seemed to have come to a stop. The defendant was not even served. The lawyers would not speak to me about the case and refused to work with my grandson unless and until I took down the previous review which was then true and now t...rue. There was a standoff. They did not complete $4000 worth of work and refuse to give a refund as a matter of fact; I have not seen a detailed list of how the money was used toward the case. They appear to use delay tactics to "earn" the fee paid. I am sure they are smart enough to make things look good on paper, even though I have not seen it. I have read some good and bad reviews about this firm. Do you want to be one of the bad reviews? I do NOT recommend.
