She volunteered to help us with adopting our foster children. We sent her important documents and she never responded. I tried calling two different numbers, I left voicemails and I sent emails, she will not respond at all. Push come to shove, we had to fire her and hire a more competent lawyer. ...The hurtful thing about this was that Sherri volunteered to help us.

She never talked to witnesses in my case or even talked to me about what happened, she had proof I was innocent and failed to use it as a result I'm fighting my case doing multiple life sentences and hundreds of years in prison for a crime I did not commit ! She will sell you down the river, she does...n't care about you or your case !

Sherri Washington is impossible to get in touch with. It took 3 weeks after she was hired, for her or her “staff” to answer the phone. Never, after numerous phone calls and messages, did she return a call. Apparently, it is much more important to run for public office in Rockdale county, than it is t...o represent clients. I would never, under any circumstance, recommend this attorney. I wish that we had done more research on her background. Not only has she been disciplined by the Georgia Bar Association, she also has zero positive reviews. Lesson learned, the hard way.

DO NOT, I REPEAT.... DO NOT HIRE SHERRI WASHINGTON to represent you to dig a hole in the ground. She does not return phone calls, or answer emails, but expects her money upfront. I dealt with her for over a year trying to get her to follow through with her end of the agreement that she was hired to ...do and she never responded or provided the service paid for. After sending certified letters to her office, calling constantly and speaking to her assistant only, on too many times to count, I called the Georgia Bar Association. She has yet to produce my refund or represent me adequately and I was forced to hire another attorney. I am in the process of filing a grievance with the Georgia Bar Association. I hope they take her license. She is not fit to be an attorney or hold a public office.

was referred to Sherri Washington by her assistant Mya. Mya is about as incompetent as attorney Washington. Getting ahold of her was like climbing Mount Everest. Very difficult! Her assistant never returned my phone calls (called for weeks) so I found other ways to reach Washington. That should have... been my first hint. When I finally got ahold of Attorney Washington, she was an hour late for our phone consultation for which lasted about all of ten minutes (if that). I described my case to her and I expected her to ask further details in case i left anything out (like good attorneys do) instead, the first thing out of her mouth was a price. Might i add that when I was first referred by her assistant, Mya quoted me one price for attorney Washington but during our phone conversation, Washington said something completely different. When I told her the quote that I was originally given, she said that Mya must have been mistaken and that she would talk to her and get back to me. needless to say...SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. (this was a month ago people!). The part that truly made this experience bad was the fact I could tell she didn't care about my case, only the money! She never asked any questions and in fact, she seemed as though our conversation was bothering her. Do not hire her! She told me that she doesn't usually do personal injury defense but still wanted to take my money. This is not the kind of attorney you can count on for help. Its disheartening to say the least.
