Biography
John S. O'Briant III was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and moved to Atlanta at an early age. He graduated with a Bachelor's in Education from the University of Georgia, and graduated from Mercer Law with a Juris Doctorate.
Mr. O'Briant views his experience as teaching as one of his greatest assets as being a lawyer, as middle schoolers are far more challenging than any defense attorney. Furthermore, he wants to walk each client through their case so that they can make the most informed decision on any offer or future steps.
Mr. O'Briant primarily handles vehicular cases that range from personal vehicle to tractor trailers. He has also extensively studied both the symptoms and effects of traumatic brain injuries in order to best represent his clients, as these are often missed by medical providers.
