Jerimy Daniel Howard

Just following up with my first review (the awful one). It has been over a year now and I am still making payments to now my ex-wife, which I will be doing for a long time. Dan only gave me bad advise and set me up for failure in my case. A divorce between two people with no children should have only... been a split in assets but that was not the outcome of his (or would have been his case if he did not quite the week before it finally went to court). I will be paying her support for years to come.

I hired Mr. Howard to handle my divorce which was mishandled by a previous attorney. He is very knowledgeable regarding the law and is not interested in "playing games". He does not over bill and was quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend Mr. Howard for your divorce o...r any modification issues. He cares about his clients and knows the law!

He worked at Bergstrom Law but quit. This is just after letting me know that I finally had a court date in a few weeks. That would not have be bad but I have been trying to get divorced for almost three (3) years now (he has been my lawyer the whole time). He also took my case file both hard and soft... copies. So firm has nothing on me. J. Dan Howard still has to notify me that he is no longer at the firm nor will he answer his phone or email from me or the firm. I am hoping for the best next week in court.
