If I could give Warren Atkinson 0 “star” ratings I would. This guy is an idiot. His staff, in the Fulton County clerk’s office didn’t mail a court hearing to the correct address. They didn’t even tell him they made a mistake. He issued a bench warrant for my arrest because I didn’t show up for court.... DUH! You clown. I wasn’t informed of court. When I contacted the clerk’s office, they said they had the RTS stamp letter that they mailed. The USPS informed them that the letter wasn’t deliverable because the address was incorrect. The Clerk’s office had the correct address and still didn’t attempt to mail the hearing date. This bench warrant has been in place since 2015. Magistrate Court Judge Warren Atkinson is a complete idiot and so are the staff at Fulton County District Court in Atlanta. This guy should never be hired as anyone’s attorney. He’s completely incapable. “Ineffective Assistance of Counsel” is in your future if you hire this guy as your legal representation. The Fulton County DA’s office is a failure. Fani Willis should be voted out. Paul Howard should be criminally charged and Warren Otis Atkinson should be disbarred. Pitiful.
