Molly Martin Anderson

Molly Anderson founded Anderson Legal Innovation to make legal advice and services more accessible to the people and businesses that need it. She is passionate about legal technology, small businesses, and helping people solve problems.

Molly went to the University of Georgia, both for undergrad and law school. She obtained her bachelor’s in music performance. During that time, she played jazz concerts, classical concerts, recitals, and marched for four years in the UGA Redcoat Band, attending football games in almost every SEC stadium in the Southeast. She then went to law school at UGA, where she served on the Law Review and interned for the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office.

After taking the Bar, Molly served as a staff attorney for the judges in the Enotah Judicial Circuit. She then went into private practice for many years, focusing on civil litigation and representing businesses and individuals in a variety of matters. She also spent much of this time brainstorming ways to improve the traditional methods of providing legal counsel to clients, and eventually turned these ideas into Anderson Legal Innovation, LLC.

Molly lives in Forsyth County, Georgia, though she practices state-wide. She and her husband have two delightfully opinionated children and two dogs. In her free time, Molly likes to read, plant roses, and connect with friends.
