Mitnick & Associates represented me in a custody case. I was able to meet with Jared and his staff 2-3 times before the case along with them taking my phone calls for any questions or concerns I had. They made sure I was prepared for questions the mediator might ask and what to expect on Child supp...ort, holidays, visitation rights along with how day care would work. I only know I wanted a few items: my child to have my last name, to have a fair child support, and get the most out of my time with her. They were able to negotiate where I get my child 3 weekends a month instead of 2 and a day during the week every other week. As I live an hour from my child this has been extremely crucial for me. He said that these are just guidelines, you and the mother have to make it work and with that has to be a give and take. I can say that the relationship that I have with my childs mom has grown once we started to become friends and work together for the benefit of our child.
