I had to consult with this attorney Ellison because she was council for Loanstar title loans where I went for a loan. I was told that because my paper check was sto...len from my car that I can not and will not be given another one and I will not be getting my car title and my payment will still be due on its due date. Her reasoning is that they done their part by giving me the check and its my fault that my car was broken into and became victimized and I should have never let it happen. Did I file a police report for the break in. Oh yeah I did. Was it enough for Ellison Haygood? Nope not when $7000 dollars was to be made at my expense.
