Extremely Satisfied

Paul brought my case back to life!!! After working with an attorney from another law firm, which was very disappointing, I almost gave up. After my initial conversation with Mr. Jenkins, I knew more about worker's comp than my previous attorney. He picked my case up, dusted it off and made it shine. ...His knowledge is superb and he shows genuine concern for his client's needs. I highly recommend Paul Jenkins. Best Lawyer I have ever met!

The Work Comp insurance company was refusing to pay months of overdue checks. They even tried to get the doctor to change his mind about the work restrictions I needed after surgery. Attorney Jenkins put a stop to all their BS! He calmed my nerves, and then he set both the doctor and the insu...rance company straight!! He fought to get me thousands of dollars in backpay, and negotiated an excellent settlement on my behalf. I am so relieved and happy I made the decision to hire this lawyer. I would highly recommend Mr. Jenkins and Morrison and Hughes to anyone who needs a fighter in their corner after a serious work accident!

Dedication and unmatched knowledge and experience

Paul was not only a great and knowledgable attorney, he was honest, sincere and managed my expectations throughout my case that lasted over a year. He was patient and kind but most importantly he was sharp and quick. He definitely knows his stuff!

This Attorney Saved My Life

When I hurt my neck badly at work and needed serious surgery that the Workers Comp insurance company refused to cover, I didn't know what to do. Attorney Paul Jenkins at Morrison and Hughes proved to be a godsend to me. Everybody at this law firm puts people first. They all really care about gettin...g their clients the time and attention they need, and they stop at nothing to make the insurance companies do the right thing. Knowing how badly I was hurting, Mr. Jenkins arranged for a first class surgeon to see me weeks ahead of all his other patients. I would have been paralyzed from the neck down if Mr. Jenkins didn't act as quickly as he did. He is so very smart! He handled my case like the pro that he is, and even pushed hard to get me my settlement check before I lost my home! If you have a serious work injury, Mr. Jenkins and his team at Morrison & Hughes is the only call you need to make.
