If you are buying a DRHorton home in SC, don't go with this law firm. They tell you they are in a "dual representation" agreement with both you and the builder, but unfortunately have demonstrated they are not looking after your best interests at all, only the builders. They gave us zero assistance... when dealing with the builder on numerous issues throughout a 16 month process including failure to honor the contract terms on more than one occasion. If you pick out a grey house and DR Horton builds you a purple one, you are SOOL trying to get them to correct it, and Paula Kilgore was 0 value add to assist in the process, and is just collecting her closing fee. Stay away from DR Horton, this attorney, and everyone associated with them. Such a total horror show, most incompetent bunch of people I have ever met and have no care at all for their customers or honoring the terms of the contract and protecting your interests.
