The use of trust in second marriages or blended families is particularly helpful as it can legally guarantee your children will NOT be disinherited.  

Leaving assets "in trust" is very beneficial because it can protect the assets from lawsuits and divorce. We do this in almost every case.

Every case is unique and we address all tax related concerns of our clients such as income tax deferral on inherited IRA', estate tax avoidance. 

As a Master of Laws in Estate Planning (J.D., LL.M.) and having had the wonderful privilege of helping more than 2,000 clients over more than 12 years use trust law to help plan for the transfer of more than 2,000,000,000 (2 billion), I have spent 1,000's of hours actively helping people.

None of our clients have ever had to pay a nickel in estate taxes relative to our planning advice since inception of the law practice in 2003.
