Trusted UCMJ Counsel Who Delivers When It Matters

I can’t say enough about the support I received from my UCMJ attorney, Chip, during a very difficult situation. I was facing an NJP related to an allegation I knew I was innocent of, and he was exactly the kind of advocate you want in your corner. Chip was direct, honest, and didn’t sugarcoat anyt...hing—but that’s what made him so effective. He laid out the situation clearly, explained my options in plain terms, and helped me make smart decisions at every step. At no point did I feel lost or unsure of where things stood. What stood out most was how committed he was to getting to the truth. He paid attention to details, challenged weak points in the case, and made sure my side was fully and properly represented. He also played a key role in preventing the situation from escalating to a BOI, which made a significant difference in the overall outcome. If you’re dealing with anything under the UCMJ, especially something serious like an NJP, you want someone who is both sharp and straightforward. Chip absolutely delivered on both. I’d strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a solid defense and someone who will actually fight for them.

That their counsel first and foremost cares.

Mr. Hodge demonstrated solid work ethic throughout the entire litigation process. His commitment to my case was without a doubt above reproach. Caring with a true genuine personality. Chip fought tooth and nail in the courtroom, exhausting resources with a firm grip on justice and a foot on the the n...eck of the unjust.

Best UCMJ Attorney Ever

Mr. Clare Hodge is an amazing attorney and I would hands down, recommend him to anyone in the service or who served prior who needs legal assistance regarding a UCMJ matter. When I initially found myself in a difficult situation while serving on Active Duty, I called and interviewed several legal fir...ms specializing in UCMJ cases. No other law office was as proactive as he was. Specifically, as soon as I hired him, day one, he and his team drafted up several documents immediatley to defend me in my current situation. At this point in time, I was advised that I would likely go to an Administrative Discharge Board and he was the only attorney that was willing to go on the offensive and submit documentation immediatly whereas every other law firm essentially said we would have to wait until the future incumbent board for their assistance. Fast foward to present day and Mr. Hodge and his team succesfully fought and prevented the Administrative Discharge Board from ever taking place. I am still working on Active Duty and I continue to work with him as he aids me in submitting an Administrative Board of Corrections of Military Records (AFBCMR) for rescinding a wrongful LOR, Demotion, and Referral EPR. No one cares more about your career than yourself and Mr. Hodge truly encompasses that mindset to ensure you receive the best outcome possible, should you find yourself in a compromising situation. He has been amazing for my family and I through this difficult time and he can be the shield you need in these difficult times. Thank you Mr. Hodge!

Professional, Personable, and Results-Driven

From the very beginning, my attorney was confident, knowledgeable, and fully committed to my case. He was also very personable, which made it easy to communicate and feel comfortable throughout the process. He kept me informed every step of the way and truly fought for me. What stood out the most was... his belief in my case! He never once doubted the outcome, and that confidence made a huge difference during a stressful time. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, we achieved a not guilty verdict. I’m extremely grateful for his representation and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a strong and reliable attorney.
