I want to tell the world about my experience with Williams Law Firm, located in Edgefield SC. On Jan 12, 2018. Myself, my brother the buyers and the sellers met in Mr Randall Williams office to Sell/Purchase a piece of property located in Johnston SC. Mr Randall Williams the attorney stated he would ...have this done in approximately 10 days. We could leave the 20k funds in the escrow account. He would mail us the necessary papers to sign. Which we did believing that everything would get handle within approximately 10 days like he said. Even if he needed more time, he should have contacted us within a period time to let us know something. After receiving no calls, no paper work, no response from his office. I started calling leaving many messages, but no calls were returned to me or the buyers. Sometimes I would get a secretary when I called, but she had no answers. This has been so stressful, not knowing what is going on after all this time has passed and he didn’t even have the decency to contact either party to update us on the anything. After about a month and half, when I started speaking of lawsuit and Attorney General a secretary tells me he has not had time to do anything and will be sending the money back. He had our money all this time and did nothing. After telling him I would file charges against him if papers or a refund didn't happen. We finally received the funds back on 2/27/2018 This man has caused us a lot of stress, time and money. That 1000-mile round trip was wasted and now we need to do it again to have someone else do the paper work to purchase the property. I must wonder do he treat all his clients this way or just us? Lesson learned: I will not ever use Williams Law Firm for any reason. Felder’s -Highly Disappointed, Pissed and Stressed in Florida
