Biography
I began my career as a prosecutor in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. I have been practicing criminal law and family law in Rock Hill, South Carolina since 2008. My criminal cases focus on everything from DUI all the way to murder charges. In Family Court I focus primarily on divorce and custody litigation, but also do a large amount of DSS work defending parents accused of abusing or neglecting their children.
I attended undergraduate school at the College of Charleston and obtained a BA in History and a BA in Philosophy (2003). I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006.
I am a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, York County Bar Association and the South Carolina Assiciation of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I also coach the Fort Mill Middle School and Nation Ford High School Mock Trial Teams.
When I am not in a courtroom I enjoy spending time with my wife, boating on the lake and golfing.
