Denise Nicole Gregory

Denise Gregory earned a BA in English from Appalachian State University with a minor in African-American Studies. She is a member of The Order of Black & Gold where she served as Dean of Pledges and Historian. Other accomplishments include Dean’s List and Who’s Who awards.

Denise earned a JD from Charlotte School of Law. She was a member of two CSL Reviews: Real Estate and Intellectual Property. She dedicated herself to CSL’s Entrepreneurship Clinic where she dedicated over 200 pro bono hours to creatives, entrepreneurs, and small businesses in the Charlotte Metro Area.

Denise became a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association in 2018 and begun practicing in both Trademark and Business Law as a solo practitioner.

Denise became a member of the South Carolina Bar Association in 2019 and worked for the York County Public Defender’s Office as an Assistant Public Defender for three years. She closed over 500 misdemeanor and felony cases.

Denise has also worked as a Financial Risk Consultant for 2 years in Risk Management, Control Management, performing RCSA, Risk Monitoring, and Control Management.

Denise now has her own firm where she practices Business, Trademark Prosecution, Criminal Defense, and Real Estate.
