Family court child support

This attorney do not specialized in child support and family court. Attorney Jason Jenkins did nothing to help my family/ child support case. When I always come to him to see has he move forward with anything he always say "IM WAITING TO SEE WHAT THE OTHER ATTORNEY TO CALL ME BACK". My case with him ...was going on a year other people I spoke with they was done with they case in seven months. He never filed anything he just a copy cat, whatever my fathers attorney file Jason just copy her. Jason is not a fighter he won't fight for you at all. The whole case I felt it's was three against one. My father child, his attorney, and Jason against me. I waist my hard earn money on Jason and he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR MY CASE. We went to family court, and I promise you he didn't say a damn word to speak up on my behalf and he knows all my struggle. Then when it came to me asking for child support he didn't fight for me either. My fathers attorney only want to give me 300 dollars a month when I pay 500 dollars in daycare and plus all my child expensive. Jason wanted me to take that knowing my child father make a lot more and can afford a lot more. When I told Jason no I want to take it to court he gotten so upset and said I was wasting his time. As a attorney you should never make your clients feel like crap he did just cause I wanted to go to court to speak with the judge. I had a feeling Attorney Jason didn't file or do anything on my behalf so I went to the court house just to see. I was so right he didn't file or do anything. Everybody know him at the court house and said he is very passive and don't fight. The lady advised me to have him with draw from the case. I was so hurt I waited all this time and he did nothing for my case. He is a very scary attorney that don't know nothing about child support and family court. When I went to his office he Google everything I was asking him in front of my face. At that time I knew he wasn't a good attorney and didn't know what he was doing. So when I told him to withdraw himself he got mad and put lies in his withdrawal letter stated that me and my child father came to agreement about the timesharing and child support. attorney Jason Jenkins lied I have email that I kept sending over and over again stated that my child father not going what the judge order him to do. IF I WAS YOU AND YOU HAVE FAMILY COURT/ CHILD SUPPORT DONT HIRIED JASON JENKINS YOU WOULD BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I gotten a new attorney and. Everything is going fast court dates and my hearing for child support. She also looked into what Jason was doing on my case, and turns out he did NOTHING. That's why it was taking so long. Attorney Jason don't even deserve a one star. Very disappointed with him and my case. Hire him at your own risk.
