Cyrus is awesome; he's a great asset and has worked for our construction business on many occasions over the last several years ranging from drafting / reviewing contracts, customer payment disputes, general council and most importantly handled a situation where a municipality was harassing our compa...ny. I was referred to Cyrus to handle my distribution of assets case after a very bad experience with another lawyer in town (non-responsiveness, dragged out proceedings) for what I thought was supposed to be a simple asset distribution. Well, if it wasn’t simple after all, Cyrus made it seem that way be...cause the case was handled seamlessly from the moment we had our first conversation. He and his assistant Anne were always responsive and answered any questions I had with promptness. I am very pleased with the services and recommend him to others looking for a positive, trustworthy experience.

Cyrus was extremely slow to respond to emails, though he claimed he would respond 24/7. It was often over a week before I would hear from him when I asked important questions. Cyrus would email me with instructions as to how to handle situations with my ex and then tell my ex's attorney that he didnt... understand why I was handling things the way I was. He kept telling me he needed "all of the information", but wouldn't tell me what that meant. I specifically asked for clarification multiple times and was never given a real answer. I sent him all of the information he could possibly ask for, but he still could not effectively represent me. What should have been an open and shut, easy case turned into a total nightmare. Cyrus kept me in the dark on all conversations with my ex's attorney. There were 68 pages of emails between Cyrus and my ex's attorney, many not at all related to my case. I ended up firing Cyrus and hiring a new attorney who offered amazing representation. Please do not waste your time or money.
