I called Ms. Blackwelder in distress about my driving license. I really needed her help. It was difficult to get things in order in the court system and at the DMV. Ms. Blackwelder listened to me and knew exactly what I needed done and it really sounded complicated when explaining it to others but sh...e knew what to do immediately.
