I called Ms. Blackwelder in distress about my driving license. I really needed her help. It was difficult to get things in order in the court system and at the DMV. Ms. Blackwelder listened to me and knew exactly what I needed done and it really sounded complicated when explaining it to others but sh...e knew what to do immediately. I was so stressed out in dealing with my situation. Speaking to her in that moment I was relieved immediately because of her knowledge and professionalism. In the next two business days she got what I needed done during this hard and trying time of Covid-19. That no one else could do for me. She assured me that she would have me up and running so that I could work my dream job. I had just got a big contract of my own with a big company and I needed my license. Ms. Blackwelder helped change my life and I can never ever thank her enough. She is very good at what she does, very professional, and most of all her word is a bond.
