Ms. Blackwelder was absolutely great. I called and inquired about a citation, and she answered every question I had including fines and fees. I told her I was going to check around for a few more options and I would give her a call back. I did check around but then totally forgot to call her back and... as my court date approached, Ms. Blackwelder gave me a call back just to check and see if I had everything worked out. I would have forgotten otherwise. I was able to take care of documents and fees electronically so there was no travel involved and it was very simple to do online.
