Mr Hart got our $50 for a consultation & that's the extent of it. I don't think he ever had any intentions of reviewing our case & taking us seriously. He ghosted us right after the telephone consultation. I called & emailed numerous times after the phone call with no response. My stepson who is an a...ttorney in GA contacted him too. He replied to him briefly saying give him more time as he was behind-by this time 3 or 4wk had passed waiting for some communication from this attorney. It took a family member in the same profession for him to respond & that was just a courtesy amongst attorneys I'm sure. A couple months have passed-no word. It doesn't matter as we found someone else who's good. Mr Hart could not even send an email or any word to let me know he was not available. That's rude & unprofessional in my opinion. I was told he did not have an office & works from home. He handles cases via email & telephone only. He has a scheduler & that's it. But, no office! Something's not right here. I have to question all of this. All Mr Hart had to do was send a reply one way or the other as I requested, rather than ignore me & keep me in the dark. I wouldn't be writing this if he had been courteous enough to communicate with me-just one time. People in need of legal services do not appreciate being treated like they don't matter, even if you are not able to help them. Professional courtesy goes a long way. I'm a retired nurse who appreciates considerate & professional people who care about their job performance.
