Poor performance lawyer in closing restate transition
after set closing day a month before, three day before closing, she asked delay for 4 days because she did not finish put number together, which cause both sides lot of rearrange moving, cut utility and so on. during closing she did record all info we want, cause many misunderstanding afterword.
