Thomas Philip Austin

I am legally blind so this divorce process was hard on me and my family. It's been almost six years and divorce was just finalized today. Not all was Mr. Austin's fault but he's been my lawyer since beginning of 2014. My now ex husband is a mean , spiteful man. He had broken court orders seven time...s but my lawyer never took action against him for contempt of court. He told me just last Friday that he would at least bring it to the Judge's attention but refused to today during court. I asked him to allow this information to be shared with the Judge and he became angry and hostile with me and my daughter in law. Judge was not in the room at this time. He felt it was a judgement on his representation of me. Which in a way it was. I dropped it and attempted to apologize to Mr. Austin after court was over and his response when we asked to speak with him a minute was " Oh. I just can't wait to hear this!" We apologized to him and were in fact still talking to him when he just simply walked out of the room. He was rude and arrogant. The fact is that in the two years I've been paying him , he could've stopped my husband from breaking all of our court orders. Instead I was ignored every time I brought it up. Today , he was more concerned with not looking bad himself than getting justice for me. It cost me a lot of money and I've been out of my home for almost six years now. In the end , I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
