Thomas W. Dunaway III

I retained this attorney in 2012 in hopes of a amicable divorce alas this did not happen after many,many months and years of dragging on my husband died..I was not even shown the common courtesy of being informed of the event.. I did find out after the fact that he himself had a suit against my husba...nd and his construction co. (who just happened to build Mr Dunaway ‘s home)...This action on its own brings me to believe there should have been a convlict of interest clause introduced,how ever,my retainer and all moneys were kept...no legal separation,no divorce,a dead husband and no representation after many thousands of dollars lost .. my life is still reeling..
