Pray to God that this woman is never involved in your custody case. She is biased, rude, unprofessional, and she will drag your case out just for the money. One of the rudest women I’ve ever encountered in my life. I cannot believe she has any kind of power in family court considering the multitude o...f horrible reviews. I’ve not seen one in her favor. Avoid at all costs. -10 stars.

Samantha Nelson is the WORST lawyer you could have in your corner! She is condensending and does NOT care about anything but getting paid. She was a gaurdian on a case I had recently. She spent a total of 2 hours with my son for a whole year, cleaimed she worked "overtime" and charged us close to $60...0. She did Not listen to what he wanted because he was young. She treated me like I was stupid, called my son stupid during trial, made things personal in the middle of trial, and waved my concerns out of reason because she thought she knew best, gave me attitude when it was time to come see the house, and would not even see our new location. She only wanted one thing MONEY! And did not care she was naming my son a ridiculously long name just so he would have the same last name as me, which on its own comes with issues. But she would Not listen to that. To her he had to have my last name, why though? We've had a different last name this whole time and have had NO issues. Yes he wanted to be closer to his Mother, but not have her last name. He wants the orgins of his mother's history, and bring a last name that died out back. But because of Ms. Nelson he has 2 last names in his name which is going to result in him having to change his name twice in his life, and not be able to grow up with the name he wants. Very BAD lawyer! Don't go to her for ANY advice!
