I have worked as a criminal defense attorney since my admission to the Ohio Bar in 1993 and the South Carolina Bar in 1997. I have trial experience ranging from DUI to Capital Murder.
I am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Fourth and Sixth Circuit US Court of Appeals and the District Courts of South Carolina and Ohio.

Worked hard on my case and got great results

He got me into PTI!
I met with Mr. Potter and after I told him my story, he discussed with me the possibility of PTI. I was prepared for him to tell me that I would have to go to jail or have a long time on probation, but he got me accepted into PTI.
