Worked hard on my case and got great results
I spoke with two other attorneys before I went to the public defender's office and met with Mr. Potter. He knew exactly what to do and got my case taken care of quickly. He got me the discovery and answered all my questions.

He got me into PTI!
I met with Mr. Potter and after I told him my story, he discussed with me the possibility of PTI. I was prepared for him to tell me that I would have to go to jail or have a long time on probation, but he got me accepted into PTI.
"21 years of practicing criminal law is what we refer to as experienced. He has a huge advantage over many defense attorneys having been a former deputy Public Defender for 4 years. "The DA's know that he knows what they know". His knowledge of both the law and procedure is excellent and evident in his pro bono contributions here. His client reviews are stellar. READ THEM! Do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation with him ASAP. If you are lucky he might just agree to represent you."
"I endorse this lawyer. It is very clear from his experience and his contributions that Mr. Potter is extremely knowledgeable and highly competent. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him."
