Sarah Ganss Drawdy

I understand she’s a lawyer and it would be safe to assume she’s not just busy with her work but also her family and personal business. What I do not understand is the lack of communication and disrespectful nature of both her and her partner Bruce. Getting a simple answer from them was like pulling ...teeth. She did her job I admit but there was never very much open communication and when there was she was short with her words and rude. I’m was not expecting to have someone there to hold my hand through my legal trouble but she wasn’t compassionate, caring, and at times borderline unprofessional.

My husband and I met with Sarah Drawdy to make our will. The unprofessionalism and disrespect she showed us while in her office was unbelievable. We came to our appointment on time and waited for 30minutes while no one else was in her office to be seen by her. We completely understand that she is ver...y busy, so it was something to be easily dismissed. After she shouted from her office for us to come in and then we waited another 15 minutes before she actually acknowledged us sitting on the couch in front of her, it was then extremely unprofessional and rude. A few minutes after us finally getting started on our will, her cell phone rang and she answered it without any apology. It would have been more understandable if it was a client or even a family member, but she was talking with the person on the other end of the line about meeting to pick up a couch she was buying from him! The entire time she was on her cell phone she simply acted as if we were not even present in the room. After ending the call, again, she did't apologize at all. The entire session was completely rushed (she did schedule to meet for the couch only 30minutes from the time she was currently meeting with us, so buying the couch with the money we had paid her for our will must have been more important). At the end, she didn't even have time to make the copies of our will for us to take with us and promised she would call in a few days to let us know we could pick them up. It is now over two weeks later and I just called to follow up. During our conversation to find out about our promised paperwork, she even commented, "now, where are they..." We have been extremely dissatisfied with Sarah, her professionalism, and her simple manners. I do NOT recommend her in any circumstance to anyone.
