A year ago this past August a law suit was filed against us by two co Plantiffs. We engaged Bernie to defend us and also to represent us in a counter suit. Bernie has done an outstanding job of representing our association in this litigation.
During the past year I have had numerous opportunities to talk and meet with Bernie and to read the documents he has filed on our behalf and his communications with opposing counsel. I have been extremely impressed with Bernie's knowledge and insight as to how best to address unexpected actions from the opposition during the course of this lawsuit. He keeps us abreast of all developments and explains the possible outcome potential for each option available to us when decisions must be made on a course of action.
Bernie's strategy when communicating with opposing counsel is to always seek resolution. He makes every effort to balance protecting our interest while preserving our resources. He is attentive to every detail and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to seeking ways to either resolve issues with the opposition or find every means possible to defend us as his client.
Because we have learned that we can rely on Bernie's knowledge and experience, we have on a number of occasions sought his advice on items and content we were contemplating for our website and other communications. He has been a valuable and trusted resource.
It is reassuring to have Bernie on our side.
