I have been representing plaintiffs for 27 years and I estimate I have handled at least 3000 cases. Since 1991 my practice has been at least 30 auto accidents.

I have handled Worker's Comp cases for 24 years in SC and NC. I estimate that I have handled at least 2000 cases.

I have filed suit and been involved in more than 200 litigation cases over the years ranging from Auto Accidents to Worker's Compensation claims, slip and fall cases, and dog bite cases. Over the years I have been very successful at getting litigation cases settled without having to let a jury decide the case. Out of the 200 plus litigation cases less than 10% went all the way to verdict.

I have represented SSD clients for 24 years on and off. For a time I had an associate handle those cases but the majority of the 24 years I handled them and I estimate that I have represented over 400 clients and been to at least 200 hearings
