John Harjehausen represented me several times in construction defect cases. I am a roofing subcontractor and was sued in 2 large cases both dealing with water intrusion issues. Mr. Harjehausen is a licensed general contractor and knows both the law and construction very well. He was able to prove ...that we were not at fault in both cases we had with him, where other contractors messed up the flashing and joints around the windows of the house leading to water damage. John is very competent, respectful, dependable, sharp, and a great litigator. I can not say enough good things about John. You will never go wrong with him.
