Most recently, one of my neighbors projects was going to interfere with the enjoyable use of our property. Ms. McConoughey was able to stop the project, help negotiate a solution acceptable to all parties, for which we are very grateful. Rachel met with the police officer prior to the court date to work out a deal. She was able to convince him to agree to defer my sentences. The police officer suggested to the judge that my sentencing be deferred. I didn’t have to speak in court. I had to pay no fines. As long as I don’t have a...ny run-ins with the law, I will have nothing on my record. The whole process was completely painless.
