Linda Christine Hayes

Ms. Hayes represented me in a few cases over the years and assisted my mother with getting her affairs in order prior to her death in 2003. She showed us understanding, compassion and empathy. She displayed up to date knowledge of the law letting me know of recent changes and what it meant in relatio...n to my case(s). Should I find the need for her services in the future, I would not hesitate to contact her office. I have recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so. I was very satisfied with her and her office staff, as was my mother. Top Notch in my book!

A friend who was blatantly falsely accused of adultery made the mistake of hiring Linda Hayes, who turned out to be a useless waste of time and money — money, rather than work, seems to be what drives Linda. She was given so many various proofs where the deceitful husband had even contradicted his... own reasons for abandoning his wife and son, yet Linda never even bothered to use this evidence against him. Further, when the husband was demanding to be let back into the home to get some of his things, Linda even refused to do likewise for the wife as the husband held her digital property (photos, text history, and contacts) hostage via his control over her Apple iCloud/ID account. Friends did the investigation for Linda by contacting Apple and confirming the facts, yet she only replied with, "I don't understand tech stuff very well," and, "That's not relative at this point" — basically conveying that she is not really looking out for her client's God-given Natural Rights, but eager to accommodate that of the deceitful husband. During one expensive meeting with Linda, my friend witnessed her spending much of their time going through bills which were not even relative to her case. There was hardly ever an interaction with Linda without her reminding my friend to keep her account continually paid. Again, the experience was more about collecting money than actually working to properly represent her client. Linda even made glaring mistakes in her preparation of a legal reconsideration with the judge, providing the husband's lawyer with ample ammunition to successfully argue for the reconsideration's rejection. Eventually Linda's paralegal admitted Linda may be under some extra personal stress, and in so many words even suggested it might be wise to seek other representation... so she did. After several months and $4000, Linda Hayes accomplished absolutely nothing for my friend. I sure hope and pray that Linda is disbarred ASAP so that she ceases likewise taking advantage of others. My friend now deeply regrets not taking the time to interview at least three different lawyers while seeking competent representation, because Linda Hayes has proven beyond a shadow of doubt that while she perhaps may have been competent at some point in the past, this is certainly not the case now.
