Linda Hayes is an experienced Greenville family lawyer who has written and lectured on complex family law, child custody, and divorce litigation matters. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., she graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993 and has presented at conferences focusing on divorce issues and advanced family law. She serves families in Greenville, Pickens, Anderson, Spartanburg, and Laurens. Linda is a member of the Family Law Division of South Carolina Bar, where she lends her decades of experience in divorce and separation cases. In addition to her divorce services, she also regularly practices in powers of attorney and wills and estate planning for individuals looking to plan their family’s futures.
My interests include travel, cooking, fishing, reading. I also enjoy gardening (more so the flowers and veggies, not so much the weeding!) I enjoy writing materials for and speaking at family law NBI seminars throughout the state as it helps me to learn more and keep up to date with the ever-changing laws.

She explained legal matters to me that I was unfamiliar with and she was attentive in listening to my particular needs regarding these documents. I feel a lot better knowing that I ...
