Janis Richardson Hall

I am a sole practitioner, having owned and operated my office since 1992. I tend to be direct and to the point which is how I would like to have someone advise me. It is not my practice to sugar coat information or to tell you what I think you want to hear. My experience has given me the insight to enable me to advise you truthfully and my background allows me to analyze a case from different perspectives, often using a unique approach to resolve your case. I have worked as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and judge. I use my experience to help you make the best decisions possible. I spent my early years as an attorney handling mostly felony criminal cases. In 1992, I included family court in my practice. I am always up to a challenge and often see the law as a giant puzzle where my expertise is finding the individual approach for every client.

I enjoy my work as an attorney and thrive in the courtroom. I have a wonderful staff to help keep you informed and knowledgeable. They do a great job but rest assured, I personally offer quality representation to you. I handle DUI, drug charges, and many other types of criminal defense. I also have a strong family court practice that includes child custody, divorce, alimony, paternity, and child support cases.
